Use Wonderment in Kim to look up the tracking record for an order and answer where-is-my-order questions inside the conversation.
- Search Wonderment by order name or tracking code to find a shipment.
- Read the carrier, current status, and estimated delivery date on the record.

- Confirm which line items the shipment covers before replying.
