Partnerships & Community Lead
Own Kim's partner ecosystem and community sentiment across the Shopify and DTC space — sitting at the intersection of growth and marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
What you'll do
- Build and run a partner program with Shopify agencies, app developers, and referral partners
- Own community channels and turn customer sentiment into product and marketing feedback
- Source and close co-marketing partnerships — webinars, newsletter sponsorships, joint case studies
- Represent Kim at Shopify ecosystem events and partner meetups
You're a fit if
- 3–5+ years in partnerships, community, or B2B growth, ideally in the Shopify/ecommerce ecosystem
- You can own a pipeline number and a community channel at the same time
- You operate without a playbook and build one as you go
Account Executive
Own the full sales cycle for inbound and partner-sourced leads — Shopify DTC brands evaluating Vanguard or Sentinel. Close deals, not just demos.
What you'll do
- Run discovery calls and demos, qualifying ticket volume, current helpdesk, and pain points
- Own pipeline end-to-end, including pricing conversations across Vanguard and Sentinel tiers
- Partner with marketing on messaging that converts — you hear the objections first
- Feed competitive intel back into marketing and product
You're a fit if
- 2–4+ years closing B2B SaaS deals, comfortable with usage-based pricing rather than flat seats
- Experience selling to ecommerce/DTC or Shopify-ecosystem buyers is a strong plus
- You close, you don't just run demos and wait
Content Lead
Own Kim's content engine — blog, case studies, and the editorial backbone behind campaigns built on Kim's commissioned CX research. Work directly with the Head of Marketing.
What you'll do
- Plan and write Kim's blog, case studies, and landing page copy
- Turn Kim's commissioned research into long-form content and campaign assets
- Manage external writers and contributors, keeping one consistent editorial voice
- Partner with growth on keyword-driven content for Shopify DTC buyers
You're a fit if
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS content, ideally ecommerce, CX, or martech
- A strong writing sample — show us, don't tell us
- Comfortable with meaningful US timezone overlap on a distributed team
Applied AI Engineer
Work directly alongside our senior AI engineer on our hardest AI problems — eval design, retrieval failures, and how our core AI system should reason and remember. Applied research, not conventional backend engineering.
What you'll do
- Design experiments and build eval datasets that reflect real-world distributions, not cherry-picked queries
- Diagnose regressions and argue for architectural decisions with evidence
- Figure out where reasoning should be deterministic vs. LLM-driven
- Debug why retrieval missed and fix the class of failure, not just the instance
You're a fit if
- You understand LLM pipelines, retrieval systems, and agent architectures well enough to reason about their failure modes
- You can take a vague concern like "the new version feels worse" and turn it into a measurable question
- You build things for fun and have opinions about AI systems most people get wrong
